Build a large paper dragon based on a simple template, and fancy it up with different types of paper and shapes for the wings, tails, feet, horns, etc. A finished Dragon with be partially 3-D (a bit like origami; head, feet, wings) & partially flat (for flexibility; body and tail) and perhaps up to 1 foot long, with 2 rods for control.
